Educational Services Terms
These terms explain how Traderoads courses, workshops, private training, professional development, consulting, business training, and customized programs are organized and delivered.
1. Purpose of These Educational Services Terms
These Educational Services Terms apply specifically to remote courses, workshops, tutoring, professional development, educational consulting, business training, corporate employee training, and customized educational programs provided by Traderoads. They supplement the general Terms & Conditions and explain how educational engagements are structured and administered.
2. Program Scope and Confirmation
A service may be described on the website using a general title, price range, and summary. Before a customized engagement begins, the expected scope may be confirmed through an invoice, proposal, schedule, email confirmation, or similar written communication. The confirmed scope may identify the subject matter, estimated duration, number of sessions, participant count, delivery format, materials, preparation requirements, and fee.
3. Remote Delivery
Services are delivered remotely unless a different arrangement is expressly agreed in writing. Participants are responsible for compatible equipment, internet access, audio or video capabilities when required, and a suitable environment. Technology problems on the participant’s side do not automatically create a right to a refund, although reasonable rescheduling may be considered under the applicable cancellation rules.
4. Attendance and Participation
Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time, complete any reasonable preparation, and participate respectfully. Group programs may continue when one participant is absent if the program is scheduled for a team or multiple participants. Attendance records may be maintained for administrative purposes.
5. Educational Materials
Materials may include digital worksheets, guides, presentations, assignments, planning documents, templates, reading recommendations, and other educational content. Unless otherwise stated, materials are for the enrolled participant or purchasing organization’s internal use only and may not be resold, publicly shared, or used to create a competing commercial program.
6. Customized Programs
Customized programs depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied by the customer. Changes requested after program design has begun may affect the schedule, price, or deliverables. Material scope changes may require a revised written confirmation before additional work is performed.
7. Business and Corporate Training
For team programs, the purchasing organization is responsible for identifying authorized participants, communicating scheduling information internally, and ensuring that participants understand applicable participation rules. Traderoads may communicate with a designated representative regarding scheduling, materials, and administrative matters.
8. Educational Consulting
Educational consulting and learning strategy services provide planning, organization, and educational guidance. They do not constitute legal, tax, financial, medical, psychological, employment, licensing, or regulated professional advice. Customers are responsible for obtaining specialized professional advice when a decision requires it.
9. No Certification or Employment Promise
Unless a program is expressly described in writing as providing a particular credential, completion does not represent government licensing, academic accreditation, professional certification, or endorsement by an employer or regulatory body. Participation also does not guarantee job placement, promotion, income, or business results.
10. Program Changes
Reasonable adjustments may be made to scheduling, instructor assignment, sequence, platform, or materials when necessary to deliver the program effectively. If a material change prevents the agreed service from being provided, available remedies will be considered under the written service terms and applicable refund policy.
