Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions establish the general rules for using the Traderoads website and purchasing or participating in remote educational services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of traderoadsonline.com and related online features provided by Traderoads. By using the website, submitting a request, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using services that reference these terms, the user agrees to comply with these terms and any additional written terms provided for a particular program or engagement.
If a person uses the website or purchases services on behalf of an organization, that person represents that they are authorized to act for the organization in connection with the request or purchase.
2. Educational Services
Traderoads provides remote educational services including structured courses, workshops, private training, professional development, educational consulting, business training, and customized educational programs. Service descriptions are intended to explain the general scope of an offering. The final scope may be documented in an invoice, proposal, confirmation, schedule, statement of work, or other written communication.
3. Pricing and Payment
Published prices may be displayed as ranges because final pricing can depend on program length, customization, number of participants, preparation requirements, delivery schedule, and other scope considerations. The price confirmed in writing for a specific engagement controls over a general website price range.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and paying approved charges according to the terms stated at checkout, on an invoice, or in the applicable written confirmation. Additional details appear in the Payment Policy.
4. Scheduling and Participation
Remote sessions, workshops, and training may require participants to have a reliable internet connection, compatible device, current browser or conferencing software, and a suitable environment for participation. The customer is responsible for joining on time and for making reasonable efforts to participate in scheduled activities.
Rescheduling, cancellation, and missed-session rules may vary by service. The Cancellation & Refund Policy and any service-specific written terms should be reviewed before purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
Users may not use the website or services to violate law, infringe intellectual property, interfere with security, distribute malware, harvest data without permission, impersonate another person, disrupt sessions, harass participants, or use course materials in a way that exceeds the rights granted for the purchased program.
6. Intellectual Property
Website content, program materials, written guides, graphics, presentation materials, training structures, and other original materials provided by Traderoads may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property laws. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchase of a service gives the customer a limited right to use provided materials for the customer’s own learning or internal business purposes and does not transfer ownership.
Customers may not reproduce, resell, publicly distribute, publish, sublicense, or create competing training products from proprietary materials without written permission.
7. No Guaranteed Results
Educational services are intended to support learning and development. Results vary by participant, organization, experience level, effort, attendance, implementation, market conditions, and many factors outside the control of Traderoads. No course, workshop, tutoring session, consulting engagement, or training package guarantees employment, promotion, income, certification, licensing, business growth, or a particular performance outcome.
8. Third-Party Services
The website and remote services may rely on third-party platforms for hosting, payments, scheduling, video meetings, file delivery, analytics, or communications. Traderoads is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or independent acts beyond its reasonable control, although reasonable efforts may be made to provide an alternative when practical.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, website materials and educational services are provided without warranties that exceed those expressly stated in writing. Traderoads is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from reliance on educational content where such limitations are legally enforceable.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Governing Rules and Changes
These terms should be interpreted together with any applicable service-specific agreement, invoice, or policy. If a conflict exists, the more specific written term for the purchased service generally controls for that service. Traderoads may update these terms by posting a revised version on the website.
